ManagementX is a hybrid program that is delivered 70% online (virtually) and 30% offline through curated in-person experiences like Orientation Day, Leadership Retreat, Convocation Weekend, Private CXO Dinners and more.

ManagementX is an industry-driven program with a rigorous 6-month schedule designed to teach you the critical skills required to thrive in the fast-paced startup world.

Unlike traditional educational institutions, we’re not constrained by accreditation and that’s why our curriculum is updated regularly to keep up with industry trends.

With ManagementX we’re setting a new standard of executive education for the digital economy that will define your success in the startup ecosystem.

We’ve built ManagementX keeping working professionals in mind to give them flexibility in their learning schedules without adding the overload of traveling. This is why the majority of the program (70%) is delivered online.

To make sure we facilitate deep bonding between the fellows, we host regular in-person community experiences including Private CXO Dinners, city-wise fellows’ meetup and more.

ManagementX is designed for ambitious professionals who aspire to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact in the startup economy.

Aspiring leaders from startups and corporates who want to be at the helm of a high-growth startup. 

We’re expecting a batch of 50 but given the overwhelming response we’ll cap it max to 60. We want to bring more individual attention to every fellow while facilitating meaningful peer learning.

Yes, absolutely! ManagementX is designed keeping busy working professionals in mind to give them flexibility in their learning schedules without disrupting their regular work.

ManagementX is not affiliated with any university or certification institute. It’s an industry-driven program created by India’s veteran startup leaders who have the first-hand experience of building and leading billion-dollar startups.

You will however be awarded a Certificate of Completion from Inc42, provided you maintain 75% engagement across the program.

Your performance in the program will depend on your active participation in completing assignments, attending live sessions and completing projects that not only help build proof of work but also help you learn practical insights by implementing what you learnt.

The detailed grading matrix will be shared with you upon joining the program.

Fellows will need to dedicate 14-16 hours per week to the program. Out of this 6-8 hours will be required to attend the live sessions and the remaining time to complete assignments, working sessions and other engagement activities.

ManagementX will empower you with the skills that will help you crack your dream opportunities. From developing your career plan to building your personal brand, ManagementX is designed to empower you with skills to crack your dream opportunities by yourself.

Transfers before the cohort starts: You can defer your admission to the next cohort without any additional fees, as long as your request is submitted before the cohort begins.

Transfers after cohort start: Deferring admission after the program starts incurs a transfer fee of ₹1,49,999 or 50% of the total fee of the next cohort, whichever is higher.

Eligibility: You must meet the eligibility criteria for the program you wish to transfer to.

Fee Adjustments: If the new program has a higher fee, you will need to pay the difference amount to complete your enrollment. If the new program has a lower fee, you will receive a refund for the differential amount.

Note: This transfer can only be requested before the commencement of the program you’re enrolled in.

If your application is not shortlisted at the first step, then your application will be closed and your application fee will be refunded back to you.

ManagementX has a comprehensive selection process to ensure we admit only the best candidates who fit the program. The process will include completing your application and then an interview call with the admissions team.

The booking amount is non-refundable.

The program fee for ManagementX will cover:
  • Tuition fee for sessions, workshops and community events
  • Only the stay/accommodation for Mid-Program Leadership Retreat is covered in the program fee. The travel and accommodation for Orientation Day and the Convocation Weekend are to be arranged by the fellows themselves.

The program fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you can transfer your enrolment to the next cohort, before the program commences.

The admissions offered to candidates are carefully considered therefore the transfer of enrolment is not allowed.
